By accessing or using EaseTrue ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

EaseTrue provides AI-powered size intelligence and fit recommendation services for Shopify merchants. The Service includes size chart creation, customer body profiles, and predictive sizing algorithms.

2.1 Service Availability (SLA)

EaseTrue targets a 99.9% uptime SLA for its prediction endpoints. Our storefront script is designed to fail gracefully—if our prediction engine experiences an outage, it will instantly fallback to displaying your standard Shopify size charts to ensure zero disruption to your conversion pipeline.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must have an active Shopify store. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with these Terms

4. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription tiers with different features and limits. All payments are processed through Shopify. Key terms:

  • Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selected plan
  • You may cancel at any time
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or copy our algorithms
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our AI algorithms, code, designs, and content, is owned by EaseTrue and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and size charts.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASETRUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EaseTrue from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which EaseTrue operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
